Both a hit and a miss
Stunning views of the Matterhorn and spacious rooms make for a memorable stay. The electric shuttle is a nice touch, and the friendly staff add to the warm atmosphere.
Location is quite a trek from the town center, and the spa closes too early. Some amenities, like the hot tub, could use improvement as they were lukewarm.

Comfortable Family Stay with Breathtaking Views
We spent 2 nights in a Suite Alpin with stunning Matterhorn views. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and our vegetarian daughter appreciated the thoughtful dining options. Remember to check out the half-board meals that offered delicious, well-prepared courses. Just a heads up—no wheelchair access to the main building.

The views of the Matterhorn from my room were simply breathtaking, making our stay even more memorable. The breakfast offered fresh pastries and made-to-order eggs, which were fantastic for fueling up before hitting the slopes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. One downside was that the spa closed at 7:30 PM, leaving little time for relaxation after skiing.

Breakfast was a standout with fresh pastries and made-to-order eggs—perfect for fueling up before hitting the slopes! The cozy bar area made for a great après-ski spot to unwind and sip on a warm mulled wine. The staff were top-notch, super attentive and friendly.
Although the dinner prices were on the high side, the quality was just so-so. For that price, you'd likely enjoy better flavors at local joints like Bergstube.

nice experience but minor issues
Friendly staff made us feel welcome from the start. The spa facilities, including the jacuzzi and steam rooms, were enjoyable and well-maintained. The mountain view from our room complemented our stay wonderfully, adding a serene touch to our mornings.
The spa's early closing time at 7:30 pm was disappointing, limiting our relaxation options.

Panoramic Matterhorn views, Spa with a view, Electric shuttle service
The hot tub temperature leaves much to be desired!!! Also, the spa closes too early at 7:30 PM, cutting relaxation time for guests returning after skiing. Improvements in these areas would make a big difference!!!

The Matterhorn Steals the Show
Waking up to the breathtaking Matterhorn view made every moment special. The half-board dining was phenomenal, and the attentive staff felt like friends by the end of our stay.
However, the spa closed too early at 7:30 PM, leaving little time to unwind after a long day on the slopes.
